Graduate Apprentice
Research Centre Imarat (RCI), DRDO invites applications for Graduate Apprentice training for one year under the Apprentices Act 1961. Eligible disciplines: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Safety Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Civil Engineering. Candidates must have secured 70% marks or CGPA 7.5 and above in their qualifying examination (passing year 2022–2026). Minimum age: 18 years as on 01 September 2026. Prior apprenticeship experience or more than one year of work experience disqualifies. Stipend paid as per Government norms; 50% disbursed via DBT using Aadhaar-seeded bank account. Selection based on academic merit and/or interview. No employment obligation on completion.
Technician (Diploma) Apprentice
Research Centre Imarat (RCI), DRDO invites applications for Technician (Diploma) Apprentice training for one year under the Apprentices Act 1961. Research Centre Imarat (RCI), DRDO invites applications for Trade Apprentice (ITI) training for one year under the Apprentices Act 1961. Eligible trades (NCVT/SCVT affiliated): Fitter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Mechanic-Diesel, Electronic-Mechanic, Electrician, COPA (Computer Operator & Programming Assistant), Draughtsman (Mechanical), or Grinder. Candidates must have secured 70% marks or CGPA 7.5 and above in their ITI qualifying examination (passing year 2022–2026). Minimum age: 18 years as on 01 September 2026. Prior apprenticeship experience or more than one year of work experience disqualifies. Stipend paid as per Government norms. Apply via apprenticeshipindia.gov.in, Establishment ID: E05203600040.
